Great I had placed the order and ticked the gluten free option. Shop phoned to double check Mix up communication between myself and shop. Meal delivered not gluten free. Phoned shop who totally took control and said they would replace it with a gluten free option. They did not need to do that as it was my fault. So absolutely brilliant customer service 👏.

Always delicious . Had ordered a spicy noodle dish and they phoned to say the dish was very spicy and did I still want it . Gave me opportunity to change my order and not waste food or money which was very considerate , thank you as always

Sorry, not happy at all with any of the order. Chips were hard, sauces were too sweet and the chicken balls were chewy and the batter soggy.

Cannot rate chows food was not hot delivery took 3 hours will not order from chows again
