Cannot rate chows food was not hot delivery took 3 hours will not order from chows again

Lovely food as usual and staff are very nice

Ordered for 7.10pm didn’t arrive until around 8pm, food was alright but delivery time was poor

Chips were cold, chicken was rubber soggy and barely had salt and chilli on them, only good thing was the girl phoned as I had ordered juice they had ran out of to let me pick another one, and kinder spring roles were elite

About an hour later than expected and our loyal 5 code wasn’t accepted but still wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Never will order from here again! Clearly left our order to be picked up last as was furthest away from shop. Excuse about running out of chips/rice! Why put on an offer for customers if you don't have enough stock? I didnt even see any offers online either!Girl knew it was my order as soon as i called to ask where order was as she mentioned my address on phone before I even gave my details which shows that my order was only one left in the shop. Could have at least called to let us know but I had to contact them. Initially, 1 hour 45 minutes after order placed. I phoned again 40 minutes later to ask if it had left the shop and she said it hadnt and told me they had a new delivery driver. Told them to refund me my money back. She called me back to say they would refund us half money and they'd still send out food. I asked how long it would be and was told another half an hour. No chance! Wouldn't trust them to get it out in the half an hour as she said 'the food was still lying there' Who would want cold food that has been sitting lying for that length of time especially rice?! Surely leaving this lying out would be against food health and safety standards and they offer to still send it? Had to go out at 8.30pm (nearly 3 hours after ordering) to get something else after waiting for an order that was never actually going to be delivered. You've lost a regular customer now!

Delivery time continues to be horrendous for here. I hadn't ordered for a while for this reason and thought I would give it another go, never again. Ordered at 5pm and got my order 2 and half hours later!

No point giving tines as never ready anywhere near the time advised. Food wasn't great - chips still partly frozen and gravy clumpy.

My order came and it was cold and soaking wet. It went straight in the bin. I ordered crispy chips and they were sodden. Couldn’t get thought to the restaurant.

Food was lovely but they did forget my prawn crackers and I had paid for them too 😢

Superb food but 25 minutes late (after a 2 hour waiting time). Would definitely order again but much earlier in the evening.
